1. Parties and Acceptance
This website (www.angelacaglia.com) is owned and operated by Hollywood Glow Girl Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Angela Caglia Skincare, a California limited liability company at 153 W Rosecrans Ave., Unit 2, Gardena, California 90248.
By accessing or using this Site, completing a purchase, or clicking to accept these Terms at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you have no right to use the Site.
2. Key Definitions
"Site" means www.angelacaglia.com including all subdomains and social media accounts. "Content" means all materials on the Site. "User Content" means materials you submit. "Transaction" means any purchase through the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site. Use is authorized for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. Notice Required by California Law

5. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to post unlawful content, disrupt the Site, use bots or scrapers, impersonate others, collect personal data about other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site commercially without our written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content is exclusively owned by Angela Caglia Skincare or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Content without our prior written consent. DMCA notices to rob@angelacaglia.com.
7. User Content
By submitting User Content you grant Angela Caglia Skincare a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. To request deletion contact support@angelacaglia.com.
8. Products, Purchases, and Returns
8.1 Skincare — All Sales Final
All skincare sales are final unless purchased under our Try Before You Buy program (Section 9) or required by law. For damaged orders contact support@angelacaglia.com within 7 days of delivery.
8.2 Authorized Retailers
Authorized retailers include Nordstrom, Bluemercury, Violet Grey, Dermstore, and our website. We do not honor returns for unauthorized reseller purchases.
8.3 Medical Disclaimer
Our product content is not medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition.
9. Try Before You Buy
- Trial period: 10 days from delivery.
- To return: Email support@angelacaglia.com before the 10-day period expires.
- Restocking fee: $20.00 deducted from your refund.
- Condition: Must be returned in original packaging.
- Limit: One per customer per product.
10. Auto-Renewal Programs
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Charge amount disclosed at enrollment and in confirmation email.
- Cancel anytime by emailing support@angelacaglia.com before next billing date.
- We send renewal reminders with upcoming charge and cancellation instructions.
- Price changes communicated in advance with opportunity to cancel.
11. SMS, Email, and Direct Mail Marketing
11.1 Email (Klaviyo)
By opting in you agree to receive promotional emails. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email or by emailing support@angelacaglia.com.
11.2 SMS (Postscript)
By opting in you agree to receive autodialed marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
11.3 Direct Mail (PostPilot)
We may send direct mail to existing customers. PostPilot SiteMatch sends postcards to anonymous visitors who have accepted cookies. To opt out email support@angelacaglia.com with your name and address.
12. Privacy, Cookies, and Tracking
Your use of this Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Our cookie banner lets you Accept or Reject non-essential tracking. Click "Your Privacy Choices" in our footer to update preferences anytime.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
OUR SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR (B) $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angela Caglia Skincare from claims arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution — Required Before Arbitration
Before filing arbitration you must email a Dispute Notice to rob@angelacaglia.com describing your dispute and desired relief. We have 30 days to resolve it informally. Skipping this step is grounds for dismissal.
15.2 Binding Arbitration
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER JAMS. BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS.
15.3 Arbitration Rules
Administered exclusively by JAMS. Streamlined Rules for claims under $250,000; Comprehensive Rules for claims over $250,000. See www.jamsadr.com or call 1-800-352-5267. California law applies. Arbitration in the county where you reside.
15.4 Fees
We pay all JAMS filing and arbitrator fees. Angela Caglia Skincare waives the right to seek attorneys' fees if it prevails.
15.5 Exceptions
Either party may bring individual small claims court actions or seek injunctive relief for IP infringement.
15.6 Class Action Waiver
ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY. NO CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS. IF THIS WAIVER IS UNENFORCEABLE THE ENTIRE SECTION 15 IS VOID.
15.7 Time Limit
All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the dispute arising. This is shorter than California's default limitations period.
15.8 Governing Law
California law governs. Non-arbitrated claims: exclusive jurisdiction in Los Angeles County courts.
15.9 Opt-Out
Email rob@angelacaglia.com within 30 days of first use to opt out of arbitration. Include your name, address, and opt-out statement.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes posted with revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. To reject Dispute Resolution changes email rob@angelacaglia.com within 30 days.
17. General Terms
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Angela Caglia Skincare and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is unenforceable the rest remains in force. You may not assign these Terms. Nothing herein creates an employment or agency relationship.
